Counsel for Applicant :- Ram Om Vikram Singh Chauhan Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Samit Gopal,J. 1. List revised. 2. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri V.D. Ojha, learned counsel for the State is present. 3. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.01.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 9468 of 2019 (Indal Singh vs. State of U.P.). 4. Even previously on 01.07.2021 there was no representation from the side of the applicant and the following order was passed:- "In spite of Video link being sent to learned counsel appearing for the applicant, no one has appeared in the matter even on various attempts. Sri Ravi Prakash Bhatt, learned A.G.A. has appeared through Video Conferencing. Matter is adjourned. Let the matter be listed after four weeks in the additional cause list before the appropriate Court. It is made clear that on the next date further adjournment may not be granted as a matter of right." 5. The present matter is of the year 2018. It is more than six years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter as or the matter has rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 6. Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant. 7. In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Order Date :- 23.1.2025 AS Rathore (Samit Gopal,J.)
