Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:38551 Court No. - 14 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 438 CR.P.C. No. - 762 of 2025 Applicant :- Ankur Srivstava @ Ankur Kumar Srivastava Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Annexe Bhawan And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Chandra Shekhar Sinha,Akshat Sinha,Gaurav Verma Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. The present bail application under Section 438 Cr.PC. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime/FIR No. 53/2024, under Section 409 IPC, P.S. Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. In the prosecution case, it is alleged that the applicant, who is the Managing Director of R Sons Company, induced the complainant's wife to invest money in the company with the promise of allotting a plot. Despite receiving the money, no plot has been provided. Perused the record. A perusal of the material on record reveals that the applicant has a criminal history involving 62 cases. This does not appear to be a case of false implication. In view of the applicant's long and chequered criminal history, I do not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected. Order Date :- 8.7.2025 R.C. Digitally signed by :- RAM CHANDER YADAV High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
