Jahid, learned Counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the appeal, the appellant has expired. In support of the aforesaid, he has produced the Death Certificate issued by the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH), Guwahati, which is taken on record and marked as “A”, which indicates that the appellant had expired on 20.11.2022.
