The petitioner claims that he is absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring an extent of 75 sq. yards in Sy.No.296 of Madanapalle Village and Mandal, Annamayya District, having purchased the same by virtue of registered sale deed dated 31.08.2010 vide document No.6811/2010. 2. It is further case of the petitioner that the land in Sy.No.296 was wrongly included in the list of prohibited properties issued under Section 22A(1)(c) of the Registration Act, 1908. On coming to know about the said fact, the petitioner made representation dated 14.01.2025 seeking to delete the subject land from the prohibited list. Despite the same, the 6th respondent did not take any action in the matter. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments placed written instructions dated 16.04.2025 furnished by the 8th respondent. 4. On perusal of the said instructions, it is stated that the 6th respondent addressed a letter dated 30.03.2025 to the 4th respondent to delete the land in Sy.No.296 of Madanapalle Village from the prohibited properties list under Section 22A(1)(c). 5. The instructions furnished by the 8th respondent is placed on record. 6. In view of the submissions made by both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to delete the subject land from the prohibited property list by taking into consideration of the letter dated 30.03.2025 addressed by the 8th respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to present the sale deed before the 5th respondent and upon such presentation, the 5th respondent is further directed to process the same and to register the said document, if it is in accordance with law. 7. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
