Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent submits that against the order of the writ Court, Special Appeal No.545 of 2021 was filed by M/S Scooters India Ltd. through Chairman and M.D., Lucknow, same was listed on 21.3.2025, in which, Sri Dharmendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned counsel for the respondent informs that respondent no.1/Mr. Rajendra Kumar Jain died on 31.12.2024. 4. Order dated 21.3.2025 passed in Special Appeal No.545 of 2021 is reads as under : 1. Learned counsel for the respondents informs that respondent no. 1 has expired during the pendency of the present appeal on 31.12.2024. 2. Steps in this regard may be taken by counsel for the appellant within a period of four weeks. 5. Considering the order dated 21.3.2025 passed in the Special Appeal No.545 of 2021, present contempt application is hereby dismissed.
