Rakesh Kumar (CW1) and Gram Pradhan Ashok Kumar (CW2) are recorded on oath and the copy of which has been annexed as Flag B along with the report submitted by the CJM Hardoi. Learned counsel for the appellant has also submitted that Smt. Kamla Devi expired way back in the year 2023, as such the present criminal appeal is abated.
