And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Naseem Ahamad,Avadhesh Mishra,Ram Sagar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party no.3 and 4 for pay the approved reimbursed incurred medical amount in favour of the petitioner within a period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.1. Protection (Weights and Measure), U.P. Civil Secretariat, Lucknow within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.1 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
