ANJARIA) The grievance raised in the petition was recorded in the last order dated 04.02.2025, "The limited grievance of the petitioner, as submitted by learned advocate Mr. S.S. Mahendra for the petitioner, as reflected in the pleadings and the prayer is that despite the petitioner having all the clearances including the forest clearance for the operation of the quarry lease which is granted to him in Survey No.45 of Handenahalli Village, Honakere Hobli, Nagamangala Taluka, Mandya District, which is a land admeasuring 4 Acres, the quarry lease deed is not being executed." 2. Today, when the petition came up for consideration, learned Additional Government Advocate Smt. Niloufer Akbar stated that she has received instructions in the subject matter and that as per the instructions the representation of the petitioner which is already made on 18.10.2024 shall be considered in proper light for the purpose of execution of - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:6414-DB WP No. 1372 of 2025 quarry lease and appropriate decision in accordance with law shall be taken. 3. Learned advocate Mr. S.S. Mahendra for the petitioner submitted that the competent authority may be directed to take a decision within stipulated time. 4. The request is reasonable. The decision pursuant to the representation of the petitioner shall be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
