The petitioner is aggrieved by the repeated incidents involving an electricity pole in front of his house which catches fire. Learned Counsel for the Electricity Corporation says that there is a scheme namely, Naveen Zila Vidyut Vikas Nidhi Yojna, under which the grievance of the petitioner shall be redressed. Let the opposite party no. 3 do the needful positively within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Learned Counsel for the Electricity Corporation shall communicate our order to the opposite party no. 3 for compliance. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
