Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:34301-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 5230 of 2025 Petitioner :- Hazrat Ali Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko. And 7 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ajai Kumar Shukla,Nisha Devi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Praveen Kumar Giri,J. 1. Heard. 2. We have gone through the representation of the petitioner. Petitioner has some grievance regarding not being allowed visitation rights in respect of his nephew by his Mausa-Mausi. 3. This is absolute abuse of the process of law. We are shocked that such a petition could be filed by a counsel under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The remedy, if any, is under the civil or criminal law as the case may be but not under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
