Mr. Surya Chauhan, Advocate, for applicants. Learned counsel for the non-applicants submits that despite efforts she has not been able to obtain instructions. 2. This is an application for release of awarded amount in a decided matter. It is averred in the application that FAO No. 20 of 2011 was decided by this Court in the year 2016. 3. Registry has reported that amounts of Rs.25,000/- and Rs.2,23,700/- stand deposited in the Registry. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the entire awarded amount has not been deposited and for the time being the applicants will be satisfied in case the amount so deposited is released in their favour pro-rata as per their determined shares out of the deposited amount. He further seeks liberty to file execution petition for the remaining amount. 5. This application has been filed by respondents No.1 to 3/applicants for release of amount as per their respective shares in the awarded amount. 6. The application is allowed. Pro-rata amount out of the deposited amount in the Registry of this Court commensurate to shares of the applicants/respondents No.1 to 3 as per the award be released in their favour along with upto date interest by remission in their respective bank accounts, details of which have been given in para-7 of the application after due verification. The applicants shall be at liberty to claim the balance amount by way of execution. Application stands disposed of. (Satyen Vaidya) Judge 16th July, 2025. (Jai)
