This application has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 by the petitioners in respect of Teok P.S. Case No. 76/2025 seeking the privilege of anticipatory bail. Pursuant to the interim orders granted by this court to the petitioners, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have been recorded. Since the petitioners are cooperating in the investigation, this court is of the opinion that their custodial interrogation is not necessary. Hence, their prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed.
