Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 24.01.2025 at 09.00am, on receipt of credible information regarding illegal possession and transportation Of GanJ-a, S.I. of Police, along with staff, reached Lingeripettu Village Junction and found three persons in suspicious circumstances. on seeing police, the said three persons tried to escape. Then, police apprehended them and on enquiry they disc'losed their identity particulars as that of Al to A3 and police found 220kgs of Ganja in their posseslsion. The contraband was seized and the accused were-arrested and got remanded to judicial custody on 24.01.2025. 4. .Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf, of the accused and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. 5. Perused the record. 6. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that the petitioners'were arrested on 24.01.2025. Since then, they are in judicial custody. This Court granted bail to the accused No.3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that major Part Of investigation iS completed except, filing Of Charge- sheet. 7. ln view of the aforesaid reasons, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.4 & 5 herein, on the following conditions.
