Mr. Rajat Chaudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she is under instructions to restrict the prayer in this petition for change of petitioner’s Headquarter. In terms of office order dated 26.04.2025, petitioner’s Headquarter, during his suspension period, has been fixed at Dodra Kawar, District Shimla. Let learned Assistant Advocate General to have 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - instructions about changing the Headquarter of the petitioner to any other place in District Shimla, more particularly, Shimla, Nerwa or Chopal. List on 19.05.2025. CMP No. 10348 of 2025 Disposed of as not pressed at this stage.” 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office letter dated 20.05.2025 from the Deputy Director Elementary Education, Shimla to the Director School Education Shimla. As per the aforesaid office letter, petitioner’s Headquarter has been changed from Block Elementary Education Officer, Dodra Kawar, District Shimla to the Deputy Director Elementary Education, Shimla, H.P. 3. In view of above, since the relief prayed by the petitioner has now been granted to him by the respondents, the writ petition has worked itself out and to stand disposed of accordingly.
