The application has been filed by the petitioner seeking correction of the order dated 28.05.2025, wherein it was mentioned that an amendment application challenging an order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act is pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the application filed challenging the order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act has already been disposed of. Thus, prima facie the order dated 28.05.2025 is erroneous and is recalled. The correction application stands disposed of. Order on Petition The petitioner would be at liberty to take such steps as may be advised under law in challenging the order passed on the application filed by the petitioner against an order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act in accordance with law. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
