By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(a). a writ, an order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to recover the victim in pursuance of the missing person registration no. 05/2025, registered as G.D. NO. 24 on 24.04.2025 showing the date of incident 23.04.2025, P.S.-Dhanpatganj, District- Sultanpur, contained as (Annexure No. 02) to this writ petition in the interest of justice. (b). a writ, an order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to do fair and proper investigation in pursuance of the missing person registration no.05/2025, registered as G.D. No. 24 on 24.04.2025 showing the date of incident 23.04.2025 P.S.- Dhanpatganj, District- Sultanpur, so that justice can be done". 3. Sri S. N. Tilhari, learned AGA has shown a copy of FIR dated 01.06.2025 bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0112 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) and 87 B.N.S., 2023 at Police Station Dhanpatganj, District Sultanpur saying that after lodging the FIR in the issue in question, the police is trying to trace out the location of the missing person. 4. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 5.
