And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Vashu Deo Mishra,S.K. Mishra Nagraha Hon'ble Manjive Shukla,J. 1. Shri Adarsh Mishra, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Vashu Deo Mishra, learned cousnel for the applicant. 2. The instant contempt application has been filed alleging therein the non-compliance of the order dated 06.12.2024, passed by the Writ Court, in Writ-C No. 3057 of 2021 (Mahendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others). 3. I have perused the order dated 06.12.2024. The operative portion of the order dated 06.12.2024 is extracted as under:- "3. Considering the fact that boundaries are in the realm of policy decision, no order can be passed by this Court. The petitioner would be at liberty to agitate the grievance if any by moving an appropriate application before the respondent no.2, which shall be considered in accordance with law. 4. The present writ petition is disposed off in the above terms." 4. From perusal of the order dated 06.12.2024, this Court is of the view that no direction has been issued by the Writ Court. Once the Writ Court has not issued any direction, there is no occasion for entertaining the Civil Contempt Application. 5. Accordingly, this Contempt Application being misconceived is dismissed.
