ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the judgment dated 11.11.2008 in Crl.A.No.246 of 2007 passed by the II Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur, modifying the sentence passed by the II Additional Judge-cum-First Class Magistrate, Tenali, dated 27.7.2007 in C.C.No.188 of 2005. 2. No representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. 3. Heard. Perused the entire material on record. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that respondent/appellant/accused died on 06.3.2018 and no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased respondent /appellant/accused. It seems that revision petitioner/complainant has no interest to prosecute the present Criminal Revision Case. 5. A perusal of the report submitted by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Tenali, also indicates that respondent/appellant/accused died on 06.3.2018 and a copy of death certificate is also enclosed. 6. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
