During the proceedings of the case, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record fresh affidavit dated 18.08.2025 filed under the signatures of Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, which is taken on record. Perusal of aforesaid affidavit reveals that decision has been already taken to implement the judgment sought to be executed and in furtherance of the same, sum of Rs. 11, 60,010/- has been paid for refund of registration fee. Sub Divisional Officer(C), Nalagarh has also prepared the bill for the amount of Rs. 29,00,000/-(towards the stamp duty charged at the time of registration of Sale Certificate) in favour of the petitioners and same has been sent to the Treasury Officer, Nalagarh vide bill No.485 dated 7.8.2025 for refund of the stamp duty. referring to aforesaid affidavit, on instructions, states that in any eventuality, amount of Rs. 29,00,000/-, as detailed hereinabove, shall be deposited in the bank account of the petitioners within a period of two weeks.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly same is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to ensure that remaining sum of Rs. 29,00,000/- , if not already credited in the bank account of the petitioners, shall be credited within a period of two weeks, failing which, petitioners would be at liberty to get the present petition revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken
