The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “It is therefore most humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R bearing no. 453/2022 dated 12.05.2022 (Annexure- P/1) registered at P.S Korba Kotwali, District Korba, in the interest of Justice and the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deem fit in the interest of justice.” 3.
