The petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "1. i. issue & writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commending the opp.parties concerned to show and mention the name of Maharaja Salia Pasi in place of his incorrect name Maharaja Salia Singh Arkvenshi at the statue established at Begamganj, Sandila, Distt. Hardoi in the interest of justice. 2. issue any the order or direction which is deemed just, fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. 3. allow the writ petition with costs." 3. The contention is that the statue of Maharaja Salia Singh Arkvenshi which had been installed has been removed on account of repair/construction of road and has subsequently being installed at Begamganj, Sandila, District-Hardoi. Moreover, while installing the same, the name has incorrectly being mentioned as Maharaja Salia Pasi in place of the aforesaid. These are hardly matters which can be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India especially as it is not very clear as to who has installed the statue.
