The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "For the full facts and circumstances of the case mentioned in the accompanying affidavit and its Annexure thereto it is, most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and further be pleased to quash the notice issued vide order dated 02.03.2024 to the Applicants herein and the entire criminal proceeding of Complaint Case No. 1101/2024 titled as "Deepti Srivastava Vs. Rahul Srivastava & Others" under section 31 (1) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 related to Police Station Aliganj, District Lucknow, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Room No. 27, Lucknow, which have wrongly been instituted against the Applicants in the said case against the due process of law, which deserves to be quashed in the interest of justice." Sri Azhar Ikram, learned Counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the present application for the reason that matter has been settled between the parties and as such the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
