The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief: " (i) to issue a an appropriate order or direction directing the learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bahraich to decide the application for recall of order dated 09.03.2011 pending before it since 2011 and further restore the regular suit no. 409 of 1984 pending before its and decide the same expeditiously. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
