This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Special POCSO Case No.86/2024 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Kokrajhar. 3. The victim has been examined but her cross-examination has not yet been taken place. 4. I have gone through the order-sheets of the court of the Special Judge, Kokrajhar. 5. The trial court shall procure the attendance of the victim by due process of law. 6. After closure of her cross-examination, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application is disposed of.
