The Nagar Panchayat, Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow has initiated proceedings against the concerned parties who have alleged to have encroached upon public utility land under the provisions of Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 and a case has been registered before the concerned authority, who is Sub Divisional Magistrate Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow. 3. In view of the above, let the proceedings before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow be taken to its logical conclusion at the earliest say within three weeks. 4. As regards demarcation of the petitioner's land is concerned, he may approach the concerned authority for the same, who may look into the matter and do the needful, if there is no legal impediment. 5.
