Petitioners allege some forgery/ fabrication of records and seeks lodging of F.I.R. by the District Magistrate after inquiry, however, on being asked to demonstrate the said facts, learned counsel for the petitioners failed to do so. 3. Petitioners can pursue remedies prescribed in law which may include lodging of F.I.R. if there is a cause uninfluenced by the observations made hereinabove but we do not see any reason to entertain this petition. 4.
