In terms of Annexure - E, application has been made for transfer of Khata and it is submitted that the transfer of Khata is sought on the basis of registered Sale Deed dated 05.06.2024. It is further submitted that despite an application being made, respondent has not taken any action. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9913 WP No. 1409 of 2025 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Mysuru City Corporation submits that the application at Annexure - E would be considered and the orders passed as per applicable procedure subject to the petitioner furnishing documents, clarifications if any as may be required by the respondents. 4.
