Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Komal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of present writ petition has assailed the order dated 09.07.2023 passed by respondent no.3, by which the candidature of the petitioner for Rajiv Gandhi L.P.G. Distributor at Dhandharua, District Bareilly has been rejected and thereafter the same was subsequently allotted. 3. We find that the petitioner has not assailed the order of allotment, thus, in such view of the fact, we are of the view that since the petitioner has not challenged the subsequent allotment, therefore, the writ petition is misconceived and no relief claimed by the petitioner can be granted to the petitioner. 4 Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to cost.
