The present application under Section 24 of C.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant seeking transfer of proceedings filed under Section 13 Hindu Marriage act bearing Case No. 101/2025 (Manoj Kumar Mishra vs. Pooja Mishra), pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Shravasti to the court of Sutanpur. 3. It is on record that the proceedings initiated by the applicant under Section 144 B.N.S.S. as Case No. 386/2025 are pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur,. 4. Considering the inconvenience caused to the applicant, the present application is allowed. The aforesaid case pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Shravasti is transferred to competent court at Sultanpur. However, it is directed that both the cases bearing Case No. 386/2025 under Section 144 B.N.S.S. as well as Case No. 101/2025, shall be heard together on the same dates.
