Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite there being a claim, no interim order has been passed and the matter is fixed for 14.07.2025. 2. Without going into the merits of the claim, present petition is disposed off with direction to the appellate Court to pass orders on the interim application filed in M.C.P. No.165 of 2025 on the next date fixed i.e. 14.07.2025. 3. Till the said date, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to title and property. 4. It is further clarified that this observation will not affect the decision of the interim application on merits by the appellate Court.
