The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: " (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to remove the illegal construction on the Gata No. 310/0.0760 hectare which is mention as Khad Gaddh and Gata No. 311/0.1420 hectare mentioned as Sadak Kham situated in Gram Sabha Vishunpur Sara Pargana Maglasi Tehsil Sohawal District Ayodhya" 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that against an order under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, an application for recall has been moved and the same is pending. 4. Considering the said submission, the present petition is disposed off with a direciton to decide the order recall application pending in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
