By way of this writ petition, the petitoner has prayed for quashing of order dated 28.03.2024 (Annexure P-1).

When this case was listed before the Court on 02.01.2026, the following order was passed:-
“Notices in the case at hand were issued on
23.4.2025. While issuing notices, this Court had granted sufficient time to the respondents to file reply, however fact remains that till date, no reply has been filed. Though having seen callous and negligent attitude of the respondents, there appears to be no justification to grant further time, but on the vehement request of learned Additional Advocate General and by way of last

opportunity, six weeks’ further time is granted to the respondents to file reply subject to payment of cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. 5000/- to the petitioner and Rs. 5000/- to the Chief Justice Disaster Relief Fund).

Today, learned Additional Advocate General on the strength of instructions imparted by the Director of School Education informs the Court that the impugned order stood withdrawn by the Department on 01.09.2025. The statement so made by learned Additional Advocate General alongwith instructions so imparted is taken on record.

This writ petition is disposed of by taking on record the factum of the impugned order having been recalled by the State. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
