HARPREET SINGH BRAR, J. (ORAL) The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release retiral benefits of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing i.e. 08.07.2025, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, despite the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. Under these circumstances, having left with no other option, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution accordingly.
