Admittedly, the applicant nos. 1 and 2 have some conflict with the respondent no. 2 and her husband, therefore, they have also moved an application under Section 22 of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents Senior Citizens Act, 2007, which is pending before Sub Divisional Officer/Prescribed Authority, Lucknow. In view of above, the contention of learned counsel for the applicants that domestic violence has been alleged only against the applicants and not against her husband without any basis, therefore, the application is misconceived and not tenable. Even otherwise the applicants may file objection taking all the pleas before the concerned authority, who may consider the same in accordance with law. In view of above, the application is dismissed.
