Hon’ble Shri Bibhu Datta Guru, Judge Order on Board 25/03/2025 Heard. 1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is presently working and posted as P.T.I. Teacher (L.B.) at Govt. H.S. School Rakse, Block Sahaspur Lohara, Dist Kabirdham is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner towards the grant of arrears of leave of total 126 days. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted various representations dated 27.10.2016, 16.07.2018, 11.03.2019 and 25.02.2020 (Annexure P-4) before the respondents No. 4 and 5 for grant of arrears of leave for a total period of 126 days. He further submits that the representations are still pending and have not been decided till date. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the representation filed by the petition is pending, the same will be considered and decided
3 within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and the representation filed by the petitioner. 5. Perusal of the documents shows that the representations are pending before the authorities. 6. Considering the same, the petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No. 5 to consider and deicide the pending representations of the petitioner within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off. 8. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the respondent No. 5 about the order of this court.
