Case No. 3754/2015 case crime no. 826 of 2014 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B IPC Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Pratapgarh and further it may be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of the impugned summoning order dated 30.11.2015 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh in Crl. Case No. 3754/2015 case crime no. 826/14 Under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Pratapgarh in the interest of justice. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant do not want to press the present case as such, it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move a discharge application before the Court concerned. As such, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to move discharge application before the court concerned. If any such application is preferred, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no any other legal impediment.
