The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 08.10.2021, whereby the injunction granted to the petitioner was vacated. 3. Admittedly, the petitioner is in possession of the property by virtue of an agreement executed in his favour. This Court vide order dated 15.11.2021 had granted an interim protection to the petitioner. 4. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2016, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the Original Suit No.1139 of 2016 expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5. Interim order granted by this Court shall continue till the disposal of the suit.
