Under challenge is the award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Lucknow in Claim Application No.316 of 2005 In Re Raj Kumar vs Rameshwar Tiwari & Anr by which an amount of Rs.31,622/- has been awarded in favour of the claimants. Bereft of unnecessary details facts of the case as set forth by the learned counsel for the appellant is that on 05.07.2005 one Shri Raj Kumar and Shri Ram Ashrey were said to have been going on a motorcycle when they were hit by a Marshall Jeep coming from the opposite direction in which both of them were injured and during treatment Ram Ashrey died on 21.07.2005. Perusal of the order passed by the learned Tribunal would indicate that apart from the petty amount which has been awarded in favour of the claimants, learned Tribunal has considered invariably all the issues which are now sought to be canvassed before this Court. Considering the aforesaid, no case for interference is made out. The appeal stands dismissed. Let trial court record be returned as per rules.
