For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sukumar For Respondents : Mr.M.Gangatharan Government Advocate _________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.15401 of 2025 ORDER The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 29.04.2025 and issuance of patta in respect of the land situated in Survey No.127, Andipatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Sukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property was originally assigned to his father, Muthusamynaidu by the Boomithan Board on 14.12.1998. The petitioner's father executed a Will on 10.11.1994, bequeathing the property in favour of the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner's father died on 15.09.1997. Based on the Will executed by the petitioner's father, he submitted a representation before the first respondent, seeking issuance of patta. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. _________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.15401 of 2025 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the request of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within a time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other legal heirs of deceased Muthusamynaidu, if any, within a period a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
