Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to protect the legal right of the petitioners and decide the application dated 21.03.2025 annexed as annexure no.1 to this writ petition, as early as possible. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the opposite parties to remove the Khadanja from the petitioners' land or pay the compensation of the illegal occupied land according to Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013." 3. Copy of the instructions placed before this Court by Sri Indrajeet Shukla, learned counsel for the State, is taken on record. 4. Considering the contents of the instructions according to which the Khadanja road is not situated over Gata No.214 measuring area 0.0240 hectare, situated at Village Saraiya Kotwar, Tehsil- Bighapur, District- Unnao, as per the demarcation report, and after that if the petitioner is aggrieved, he may prefer an application seeking demarcation of land of Gata No.214, detailed above, this petition is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (in short 'The Code of 2006'), if he is aggrieved by the aforesaid demarcation report.
