Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A.2 to A.5 in C.C. No.1297 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam District, for the alleged offence under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 3. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are in no way connected with the alleged marital disputes between A.1 and the 2nd respondent. Petitioners 1 and 2 are the parents and Petitioner No.3 is the sister of A.1. Petitioner No.4 is the husband of Petitioner No.3. It is submitted that Petitioners 3 and 4 have been residing separately since their marriage, and Petitioners 1 and 2 are living apart from the marital home of A.1 and the 2ndrespondent. The learned counsel seeks a direction to dispense with the presence of the petitioners. 4. Considering the submissions, there shall be stay of appearance of the petitioners in C.C. No.1297 of 2023 on the 3 file of the Court of the III Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam District, except for the dates on which their presence is required before the learned Magistrate for the purpose of the trial. 5.
