This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (in short "Act of 2000") against the order dated 26.08.2015, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.11, District - Lucknow in Criminal Appeal No.105 of 2015, which was preferred against the order dated 15.07.2015, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhimpur Kheri in Case No.45 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime No.148/2015, under Sections- 363, 366, 342, 376 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Aliganj, District - Lucknow. 3. This Court vide order dated 28.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case. 4. In compliance of this Court's order dated 28.08.2025, Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Lucknow (in short "Magistrate") has sent report dated 03.09.2025 to this Court, which reads as under:- Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : J B Singh, Atul Bhushan Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Govt. Advocate Atul Dixit Thur. Taking note of the above quoted report of the Magistrate dated 03.09.2025, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
