Order 24/07/2025
1.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issue involved in this petition has already been decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6799/2008 titled as 'Satyanarayan Meena & Anr. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.' vide order dated 21.07.2016.
2. Counsel for petitioners is not in a position to controvert the
submissions made by the counsel for the respondents.
3. The Coordinate Bench of this Court in case of Satyanarayan Meena (supra) has observed as under:
"The petitioners have challenged the
order dated 10.07.2008 whereby Handball players were excluded from applying for the post
of
Physical
Teacher /Instructor/Coordinator in response to
[2025:RJ-JP:27669] (2 of 2) [CW-7009/2008] advertisements issued on 11.02.2008 &
21.05.2008.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that no appointment was made by the respondents in pursuance to the aforementioned advertisements. It is also stated that a similar challenge seeking appointment on the post of PTI had been dismissed by this Court in Mohammad Mustkeen & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. [S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17038/2010, decided on 03.11.2011]. Therefore, as the respondents have not made any appointment in pursuance to the aforementioned advertisements and similar matter having been dismissed by this Court, I do not find any merit in the instant petition. In the result, the petition stands dismissed."
4. In view of above, the writ petition is hereby dismissed.
5. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
