The petitioner has not assailed order bearing No. 218-220/WBN dated 12.04.2025, whereby his services as Lambardar, Village Fafal, Tehsil and District Kathua were terminated, as such, the relief sought by the petitioner in the instant petition cannot be granted without assailing aforesaid order dated 12.04.2025, though he has assailed order bearing No. 221-226/WBN dated 12.04.2025, whereby the private respondent was appointed as Lambardar. 2. In view of this, the present petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available under law. The official respondents shall ensure that the elections for the post of Lambardar of the aforesaid village are conducted within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in the office of the respondents.
