PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER:- 2 These Criminal Petition Nos.3756 and 3824 of 2025, under Sections 480 and 483 of the BNSS, has been filed by the petitioner/A3 (Crl.P.No.3756 of 2025) & petitioner/A4 (Crl.P.No.3824 of 2025), seeking regular bail, in Crime No.4 of 2025 of Nidadavole Town Police Station, East Godavari District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners/A3 and A4 herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’). 3. The brief facts of the case are that on 10.01.2025 on receipt of information about the presence of accused in Nidadavole with ganja, the SI of Police along with staff, rushed to open space nearby vacant TIDCO houses, Theerugudem Village h/o Nidadavole and arrested A1 to A11 and seized in possession of total ganja 21.965 kgs from A1 to A11. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court has already granted bail to A2 as per the Orders in Crl.P.No.2698 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025. The facts relating to the present petitioners/A3 and A4, are also on the same footing as those of A2. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has 3 opposed the grant of bail. This Court has perused the orders passed in Crl.P.No.2698 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025, and finds that the facts pertaining to the petitioners/A3 and A4, are similar to those of A2, who was granted bail. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners/A3 and A4, on the same terms and conditions. (i) The petitioners/A3 and A4 shall be released on executing a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge for Trial of Offences Under NDPS Act-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District. (ii) After release, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a fortnight for a period of three (03) months. (iii) That the petitioners are directed not to hamper the investigation and tamper with the prosecution witnesses and they shall cooperate with the investigation. 7.
