Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an alternate remedy is available before the Public Service Tribunal and, in that matter, he prays leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Public Service Tribunal. 3. Reserving such liberty and, in the event petitioner approaches the Public Service Tribunal within two weeks, same shall not be rejected on the ground of delay. 4.
