1. Heard.
2. The reliefs sought in this petition are as under:-
"i. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to disconnect the new electricity connection provided to the tenant Gyan Chandra Maurya, date 11.03.2024, at the address Village-Mirgadava, Garhi Pargana-Manikpur, Tehsil- Kunda Babhanpur Padampur, District-Pratapgarh. ii. Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deemed just fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner. iii. To allow this petition with costs."
3. The petitioner claims to be owner of a house/shop of which the private opposite party No.5 was earlier a tenant, however, it appears that the opposite party No.5 claims to have purchased the same through a sale deed executed by the petitioner's husband. The petitioner has filed a suit for cancellation of the said sale deed. We fail to understand as to how in this scenario, the relief prayed for can be considered much less granted. Petition is absolutely ill-advised.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to pursue other remedies prescribed in law. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.) Order Date :- 7.7.2025 -Piyush- Digitally signed by :- PIYUSH YADAV High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
