The petitioners have sought for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 17.12.2024 at Annexure - B. The representation at Annexure - B is to the effect that the compound wall being put up by the respondent - Authority on the Western side is being constructed by leaving out an extent of about 10 feet which is a part of the grave yard. In light of the same, it is submitted that if the compound wall is constructed as being done now part of the grave would fall outside the compound wall. 2. Learned counsel Sri S.Mahesh submits that the petitioner is to place before the Authority records as regards to the actual extent of the grave yard and the said - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:15153 WP No. 1714 of 2025 grievance would be looked into as per records furnished and also as available with the respondent - Authority. 3. The respondent to consider the representation at Annexure - B and as per records as is permissible in law. 4. The petitioners to present themselves before the respondent - Authority on 21.04.2025 and place before the Authority documents in support of the grievances raised in the writ petition.
