The petitioner is claiming title over the property based on the 1930 Sale Deed which was executed in favour of the petitioner mother's grand father. Individual respondents are claiming title over the subject property based on the Sale Deed which was executed as early as on 1961. Therefore, the petitioner and the individual respondents may prefer a Suit before the competent Civil Court to determine their title, if so advised. 3.
