This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Sri Chintu Saikia, who has been arrested on 30.05.2025 in connection with Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 82/2025 under Sections 61(2)/117(2)/109(1) of the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 82/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 105/2025 dated 31.07.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 82/2025. 5. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of. 6. Copy of the WT message of the Officer-in-Charge of Dhemaji Police Station placed before the Court, be kept as part of the record.
